Lindenhurst F.D. Signal 13 718 S. Wellwood Ave. 3/3/14

A few shots of this mornings house fire. I don't usually get pictures of our fires but I wasn't in town when the alarm came in. In the few pictures I have you will see how fast things escalated. If anyone will wonder why the FF on the roof is cutting with fire below him with no pack on, the reason is there was no fire visible when he went to the roof and there was a line operating under him. The fire vented out of the hole he cut when the attic took off and he left the roof shortly after it vented.
